Senior Electrical Controls Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Electrical Controls Engineer with over 10 years of experience in electrical controls design, programming, and testing of automated equipment. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving machine automation efforts and developing control solutions that meet both customer and internal specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced electrical control systems software for automation machinery.
- Work with PLC & HMI programming, robotic systems, and industrial machine vision systems.
- Integrate hardware components such as robots, motion controllers, sensors, load cells, and lasers to complete automation tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality results.
- Manage projects to ensure on-time and on-budget machine delivery.
- Assist mechanical engineering teams with robotics, pneumatics, servo motion systems, and vision systems.
- Support machine assembly, de-bug, acceptance testing, on-site installation, startup, and customer training.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of senior-level electrical engineering experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience in:
- PLC and HMI programming
- Servo control and motion systems
- Electrical design for automation systems
- Machine vision systems and robotics
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, LabView, MatLab, microcontrollers, or robotic programming is a plus.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to travel to support projects (up to 10%).
