Screening Process

In order to provide you with the right FIT, we meet with each and every candidate.

Applicants are asked to dress for an interview and to complete our application and skill sheet. They spend up to two hours at our office. During this time candidates are evaluated during an in-depth interview in which they meet at least two of our staffing professionals.

All of our candidates are given assessments based on their individual skill set. If a client’s opportunity requires specific skills in order to perform the job requirements, those assessments are also administered. Our testing is EEOC approved, web-based and powered by Kenexa Prove IT! an IBM company. The candidate’s skills, abilities and aspirations are then evaluated and matched to your needs.
