Managing a group of customer service staff and help customer issues

Responsibilities include basic customer service functions

Essential Duties

• Manage customer service staff to assist in daily operations

• Manage high-level customer complains and provide immediate resolution and disputes

• Lead and implement plans for improving customer satisfaction, and productivity

• Exercise leadership skills to supervise the team and support the company goals

• Perform customer service daily tasks

• Work closely with sales manager and accounting to resolve customer issues

• Review customer account aging report periodically

• Perform credit check for new customers/accounts and periodic review of credit for existing customers

• Send monthly account statement to customers

• Generates reports for commission/rebates calculation

• Update customer data in the system

• Update price list

• Organize paper/electronic files and store in designated locations

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Physical Requirements / Work Environment Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use their hands. The employee

is occasionally required to stand and walk. This position requires work in an office setting.

Minimum Qualifications

Education / Work Experience

High School or GED required.

Attributes/skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong leadership

• Must be self-motivated, team player, result-oriented and driven with a high level of initiative.

• Ability to work with detail, and good organizational skills.

• Ability to resolve customer questions and issues timely and accurately by interacting with

customers and peers effectively.

• Must be proficient Microsoft Office applications.

• Must have knowledge and experience on Excel

Pay Rate $16.50 to $17.50 per hour
