1st shift, $30/hr start

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operates and programs CNC machines and other equipment to fabricate tooling, fixtures, and complex, tight tolerance assemblies.
• Equipment may include CNC mills, lathes, grinders and Bridgeports.
• Works closely with various departments to meet their tooling requirements
• May run or set-up machines for production assignments or R&D assignments, as required.

Skills and Experience:

•  Experienced machinist with 5 or more years experience manufacturing complex parts.
•  Prior toolmaker experience required.
•  CNC programming experience using Gibbs Cam required.
•  Must have ability to set up and run CNC lathes and mills.
•  Programming of 4 and 5 axis parts preferred.
•  Experience with fixture design and manufacture is preferred.
•  Must also be able to read and interpret drawings & blueprints.
•  Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required. Advanced math skills required.

Pay Rate $30.00 Per Hour
