Established accounting firm looking to hire a Front Desk, Office Manager, to provide exceptional service to our customers and our employees. We specialize in small to mid-sized, closely-held companies, individual taxes and strategies, IRS mediation, trusts, and estates.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk, Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties: Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents – Manage front desk operations including answering phones and greeting visitors – Support order entry processes – Computerize information for easy access

Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite – Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus – Knowledge of QBO and/or bookkeeping is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

$20.00 Per Hour

Schedule: • Monday to Friday – company may be able to be flexible with the work schedule.
