Catering Coordinator Customer Service-846H

CUSTOMER JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to take orders/provide information on our products and services.

Must be able to resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively manage heavy call volume
  • Personally respond to email inquires
  • Process and apply payments
  • Listen to identify customers’ needs and to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information throughout Food for Thought to ensure a successful customer experience
  • Meet personal/team sales targets
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Knowledge and experience in restaurant/food service helpful but not required.

PAY: $16.00 Per Hour
