The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records for the company. This includes recording day-to-day transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Bookkeeper will work closely with other departments and may assist in payroll and budgeting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Record Financial Transactions:
    • Process accounts payable and receivable.
    • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks).
    • Prepare and maintain balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Organize and store accounting documents and records for future reference or audits.
    • Ensure records comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • An associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay Rate: $20 – $25 Per Hour
