• Your company is staffing a new facility, and you require a candidate with advanced skills.
• Yours is a difficult position to fill, or a position that requires experience that is not easily found in the average candidate.
•The position requires extensive training and investment that can’t be squandered on the wrong hire.
• Your search process must be kept confidential.

CONTRACT TO HIRE
The Candidate is recruited by us and is a Hartman Personnel Services employee until hired by you.

Recommended when…
• You would like to evaluate the individual’s work ethics and skills before hiring.
• You don’t have the time or the staff to complete a thorough search and evaluation process.
• You want to select from qualified candidates whose skills have already been evaluated.
• You want to avoid a high, lump-sum fee.

TEMPORARY STAFFING
Hartman Personnel Services locates the talent, pays all wages, employer taxes, benefits and workers’ compensation. You receive one weekly invoice; we supply the talent!
